My large 3-bed condo in Bangkok will be available to rent from April 2010 as the tenants are moving back to Japan!

Its a large 3 bed condo (140sqm) on the 26th floor with great views. It is near Central Lad Phrao - about a 5 minute walk

Also, its the same distance to the Subway and a little further to the BTS at Mochit.  It really is a superb location.

The condo is south facing towards the city and there are no other condos "looking in" meaning that there is complete privacy.

In Supalai Park there is a big swimming pool, gym, tennis courst, squash courts, restaurants, spa, childrens creche etc

One parking space is also included and there is ample visitor parking too!

It was furnished for owner living so everything is in the top of the range, including italian designed living room and rubber wood bedroom furniture.

Only B42,000 per month.  A great bargain for such a nice place.  Email This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it for more info.

In the living room there is a huge comfortable couch that you could live in on its own

The kichen is massive and custom designed - even the tap is special.kitchen.jpg

The fridge is huge and there is a lovely counter top for a quick coffee on the way out the door. kitchen_1.jpg

In the master bedroom the wardrobe and vanity table is made from rubberwood - again custom designed. The bed itself is a copy from an Italian design and its very chic.
