Well it has been a while since I have been online so many of you are probably wondering what I have been up to. Well I have left Bangkkok and am now living in Cha-am. It is about 2 hours drive south of Bangkok. The house is right on the beach and is in a lovely resort.
It is all brand new and I am pretty much here on my own most of the time. Its really quiet and peaceful. I am now working from home and doing some freelance IT work - mainly on websites. Most of my day is spent working on these IT projects but I also make time to play some golf. There are 6 great courses within 30 minutes of my house. I am getting better - slowly but surely. I am also working on getting www.geroreilly.com back to its glory years (10 hits per week!!!) and you should be seeing quite a few updates. I am using a new CMS so its a complete learning curve for me. I'll be back.

I am returning to Thailand after 4 years in recession hit Ireland.  I will be based mainly in Yasothon working on rice farms and volunteering at local school.
