I firmly believe that if you want something that its possible to get it.? Too often we find excuses for not doing things.? Instead, why not concentrate on the positives and JUST DO IT?

Think positive, act positive and you will be surprised with the results.

I have been lucky enough in my life so far that I have been able to do or achieve the following:

Doing nothing on a Saturday afternoon in Dublin I jumped off a crane in the RDS.....

I think it was the Horse Show. Some clever fella decided to make some extra money from his crane by tieing strangers to the end of it with some elastic rope and making them jump!

I thought it would be fun to try.

On my travels around the world, I once jumped out of a plane (with a parachute) near Fraser Island in Australia.

There were a few of us out on the tear and we had consumed a few beers and one or two Tequilas when some bright spark suggested that we all go for a Skydive the next day.

After years eating in restaurants all over the world I decided to open up one of my own in Bangkok, Thailand

Appropriately I named it CONFUSION.

The menu was based on a fusion of Thai and European recipes and it made for some interesting combinations.

I managed to give up smoking just after my Mother died

I used to smoke a lot. Perhaps more than 20 a day.

I started when I was in school and can remember my first cigarette. I was sitting on a wall and trying to act real cool. After a few inhales I completely lost my balance, felt really dizzy and fell over the other side of the wall.

The house in Yasothon is finished now.

This has got to be the most painless property transaction that I have ever been involved in!

Right from the start, Nang took control of the whole operation and she did all the dealings with the builder, land office, registrations, contractors etc etc.
